1. PROMOTIONAL OFFER
New eligible members who sign up between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2026 (the “Offer Period”) for an eligible membership at The Pump Gym will receive $0 membership fees from their membership commencement date until 31 December 2026 (the “Free Period”).
Standard membership fees will apply from 1 January 2027 at the rate agreed upon at sign-up.
2. DIGITAL ACCESS FEE
A one-time Digital Access Fee of $99 is payable upon sign-up and is excluded from this promotion.
The Digital Access Fee covers membership account setup and digital access activation.
The fee is non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to any refund entitlements under the Membership Agreement and Australian Consumer Law.
3. ELIGIBLE MEMBERSHIPS
This promotion applies exclusively to the following membership options:
* 12 Month Membership
* 18 Month Membership
* 1 Year Upfront Membership
The promotion does not apply to other membership types, casual passes, personal training, or any additional products or services.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is available to individuals who do not hold an active membership contract with The Pump Gym at the time of sign-up.
Members with an existing upfront membership that expires on or before 31 December 2026 may also be eligible, provided their promotional membership begins after their existing membership expires.
Members with active direct debit or other ongoing membership contracts are not eligible to access this offer by switching, upgrading, renewing or rejoining while their existing contract remains active.
The Pump Gym reserves the right to verify membership eligibility before confirming the promotional offer.
5. MEMBERSHIP COMMENCEMENT AND CONTRACT TERM
For 12 Month and 18 Month Memberships:
* The membership term begins on the agreed membership commencement date.
* The Free Period forms part of the selected 12-month or 18-month minimum membership term.
* The Free Period will not be added to or extend the minimum membership term.
* Membership fees become payable from 1 January 2027, regardless of the membership commencement date during the Offer Period.
For 1 Year Upfront Memberships:
* Eligible members may access the gym during the Free Period after completing their sign-up and paying the Digital Access Fee.
* The 1 Year Upfront membership term begins on 1 January 2027 and ends on 31 December 2027.
* The full upfront membership fee of $1,799 is payable on 1 January 2027.
* The Free Period does not reduce the duration of the 1 Year Upfront membership.
6. BILLING AND PAYMENT
For 12 Month and 18 Month Memberships, the first direct debit will be processed on Tuesday, 5 January 2027.
The first payment will include applicable pro-rata membership fees from 1 January 2027, with subsequent payments processed fortnightly in accordance with the agreed billing schedule.
The membership rate applicable from 1 January 2027 will be disclosed and confirmed at sign-up.
Members must provide valid payment details when joining and remain responsible for all amounts payable under their Membership Agreement.
For 1 Year Upfront Memberships, the full membership fee of $1,799 will be payable on 1 January 2027.
Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension of gym access, subject to the Membership Agreement and applicable law.
7. PAUSING
Memberships taken under the Offer may not be paused from 1 January 2027 to 28 January 2027 (inclusive). Any pause request that would take effect during that period will not be accepted. Pause requests that would commence before 1 January 2027 and continue into that period will not be accepted.
Outside that period, members may pause their membership in accordance with the Membership Agreement, up to 4 weeks per calendar year for 12 Month and 1 Year Upfront memberships / 6 weeks per calendar year for 18 Month memberships. Pauses cannot be used to defer or extend the free period before 1 January 2027.
8. COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice within seven (7) days of signing their Membership Agreement, subject to any additional statutory cancellation rights.
Where a member cancels during the Cooling-off Period, any refund or retention of the Digital Access Fee will be determined by the services already provided, reasonable applicable charges, the Membership Agreement and relevant legal requirements.
No membership fees will be charged for the promotional Free Period.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION AND EARLY TERMINATION
After the Cooling-off Period, membership cancellation and early termination are governed by the Membership Agreement.
For 12 Month and 18 Month Memberships, cancellation before the expiry of the minimum membership term may be subject to applicable early termination provisions and fees, as disclosed in the Membership Agreement and permitted by law.
Members cannot avoid their contractual obligations solely because their cancellation request is made during the promotional Free Period.
Where a 30-day written notice period applies, membership fees remain payable during the relevant notice period, including where that period extends beyond 1 January 2027, subject to the minimum term and applicable law.
Any cancellation, medical suspension, hardship or other termination rights under the Membership Agreement and applicable law remain unaffected by this promotion.
10. GENERAL
*This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher or referral benefit, except that the resident and student discount may still be applied to the membership fees payable from 1 January 2027, in accordance with the eligibility requirements for that discount.
The promotion has no cash value and is not transferable.
* The Free Period cannot be exchanged for cash, credited against future membership fees or transferred to another membership.
* Any membership suspension or freeze is subject to the Membership Agreement and does not automatically extend the promotional Free Period.
* The Pump Gym reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion for future sign-ups. Any changes will not affect promotional benefits already confirmed for eligible members.
* These promotional terms form part of the Membership Agreement. Where a conflict relates specifically to the promotional Free Period, promotional billing arrangements or promotional eligibility, these terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.
* All other membership conditions remain subject to The Pump Gym Membership Agreement.
* Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
